- Select’s brief was to identify, qualify and approach candidates and to present a shortlist of 3-5 candidates to the CEO within 6 weeks.

- Deep technical and regulatory expertise coupled with exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Capable of negotiating the nuances and complexity of relationships that can exist between locations.
- Ability to build a strong well-rounded team.
- Impeccable reputation in Depositary.
- Ideally, the candidate would already be approved under the Fitness & Probity regime.
